I just found out that Manga Studio 3 Debut cannot be installed on Windows Server 2003 since the installation program will abort in the middle of the installation process. However, Windows XP runs smoothly. In fact, I can make a portable version of it and put it in my removable harddisk. Totally sweet :> .
